here's a shocker - @Xfinity customer retention department doesn't actually try to retain you as a customer. they just repeat the same thing the ****** chat bot says online and send you on your way. stay away if you can friends. 0/10 would NOT recommend to anyone

@1BlockerApp @AppleSupport Thanks for getting back to me. I assumed it wasnโt related but had to rule it out. Looking more and more like a carrier (Xfinity Mobile) issue as all software/notification possibilities have been exhausted. Appreciate the response and have a nice weekend!

@WOWCare Royal Oak - the random 2 minute outages continue. I've had 30 of them since service came back on Wednesday. I called support at 10:00 AM ET today and was promised a call from a supervisor by 11:00 AM - surprise no call. I'll give them 24 more hours, then I'm switching to Xfinity.

@comcastcares lmao comcastcares?.. ok... after I called 4 times about the hazardous wires in my yard and your customer service reps called me a lair because your technician said he took care of it... pictures and documented phone calls prove otherwise. . AT&T here I come
